Radio Victory is manned 100% by volunteers from the management and presenters to the amazing team working in the background.

We pride ourselves on not being disability active but instead being disability Pro-active! We welcome volunteers from all walks of life and abilities and from both the neurotypical and neurodiverse.

In addition to our radio presenters we are backed by a fully committed volunteer management team and most importantly volunteers that man the radio station ensuring a warm welcome for any visitors of interviewees as well has helping with the maintenance of the radio station both on the technical and non technical sides of radio programming and production. 

Our volunteers are willing and eager to help the station thrive in any way they can from making a drink for a variety of visitors to maintaining our website and right through to ensuring the physical technology runs smoothly for all of our presenters. Our volunteers also help us raise awareness of the station and the services it provides to the community and even go out in the Victory van to special events within the local areas.
